- kept for 3 years after the inquiry is resolved, then destroyed without delay, unless other laws require longer retention.
- Overseas transfer
- inquiries are stored and notified through Google LLC (United States) cloud services as a processor. See Article 6 of the privacy policy for details.
- You have the right to refuse consent. If you do not consent to the required items, we cannot accept your inquiry through the website; you may contact us by phone instead.
